Text block firmly bound in. xv and 295 numbered pages. Heavy coated stock featuring 39 full-page, full-color plates, and with many additional illustrations, some in sepia-tone and some in color. Unbumped spine head and tail, with sharp corners. An immensely clean copy, and quite tight. Almost certainly unread. Lovely full-pictorial DJ, unclipped. A Fine copy in a Fine DJ.
