On the gilt edges when held to harsh light at an oblique angle there might be seen a few tiny lines or striations, not visible in ordinary light, and deemed very minor. Mustard yellow or pale apricot moiré endpapers. 593, 411, 555 and 767 numbered pages. Yellow satin ribbon markers. Immensely clean interiors, very tight and certainly unread. A superb copy. Includes pristine "Notes from the Editors" pamphlets for Vols. 2, 3 and 4. The book set is scarce, the pamphlets more so.
