From an unstated limitation, probably not in excess of 2,000 copies. Printed by the De Vinne Press, USA. Presumed bound in the USA. NOT ex-library. 12.75 x 10 inches. Light olive drab buckram spine, with olive green paper covered hardboards. With fairly crisp gilt-stamped lettering to the front board and faded lettering to the spine. The binding with gentle bumping and wear at the spine head and tail, and moderate bumping and abrasion at the corners. Light soiling to the binding but overall an attractive binding. Text block is securely bound in. With highly deckled fore- and bottom edges to an attractive effect. With 109 numbered pages. Handsome laid paper, presumed hand-made, watermarked Etruria, Italy. With 17 full-page, full-color plates tipped in, as called for. The plates on medium-weight, semi-glossy stock. The plates protected by tissue guards. A fair amount of page waviness at the extremities, NOT moisture damage. A little age-spotting or toning to the preliminaries but the interor remarkably clean on the whole. Front pastedown with previous owner name in a neat ink hand. Else a clean copy. A Good copy,
