Printed and bound by H. Wolff, New York." This Arno reprint presumed printed and bound in the USA. Beige buckram binding, with brown-stamped title to the front board and to the spine. 12 x 9 inches. Unbumped spine head and gently bumped tail, with sharp corners. Very slight sunning to the spine. Text block firmly bound in. 415 numbered pages, and with numerous B&W and sepia-tone full-page illustrations. A clean copy, and quite tight. No dust jacket [as issued?]. A Very Good Plus copy.
