Stated first edition. Printed and bound in Japan. Purple nubby cloth binding, with crisp black-stamped image of a piece of pottery to the front board and with crisp silver-stamped lettering to the spine. Unbumped spine head and tail, with sharp corners. 10.25 x 7.25 inches. Text block firmly bound in. 180 numbered pages. Heavy coated stock with 12 full-color, full-page plates. Also with numerous B&W illustrations. Faint evidence of pencil erasure to the upper corner of the half title page. Very small sticker of previous bookseller to the rear pastedown. Else an exceptionally clean copy, and rather tight. Gently read. Attractive full-pictorial DJ, price-clipped. Just a hint of rubbing to the DJ. DJ in a clear Mylar DJ protector. A Very Good Plus copy in a Near Fine DJ.
