Avec toutes les gravures ont demandé. 23 x 20 cm. This is not a bilingual edition. Text in French only, not in English. From the series, Documents d'Art. Complete in two volumes. 9 x 7.75 inches. Contemporary brown quarter morocco with crisp gilt-stamped lettering to the hubbed spines, and with marbled paper hardboards. Moderately rubbed. Spine head of Vol. I and spine tail of Vol. II noticeably bumped, but no losses to the leather there. Corners fairly sharp if somewhat abraded. Hinges slightly tender but holding nicely. Handsome marbled paper pastedowns and hardboards. T. E. G. Fore- and bottom edges nicely deckled. With ribbon page markers. Vol. I with 11 numbered pages of text and 36 numbered plates, some in color. Vol. II with 10 numbered pages of text and 39 numbered plates, some in color. No missing plates. Very clean internally although edges slightly age-toned throughout, as is usual with this edition. A Very Good Minus copy.
