Printed and bound in Denmark. First and presumed only printing of this book. One of a limited edition of 250 copies only. 11.75 x 9 inches. Original plain paper wrappers. The wrappers are somewhat age-darkened but exceptionally clean. With title page reproduced on the front wrapper in black and red lettering. Virtually unbumped spine head. Gently bumped spine tail and lower corners. The wrapper is firmly attached to the text-block. The book contains xxxii and 400 numbered pages. Several B&W illustrations as well as numerous musical scores and notations and tables throughout. With fore- and bottom page edges deckled to a handsome effect. The book is exceptionally clean, inside and out. Certainly unread, as most pages are still unopened. A Very Good copy. Very scarce in any condition. One would be hard pressed to locate a finer copy.
