This is copy no. 42 of an edition of fewer than 250 copies on Kawara paper. Printed and bound in the USA. An English-language edition. Asian-style sewn binding of purple cord over light green silk spine and with dark blue stiff boards, the front board with a pristine paper label bearing the title. Virtually unbumped spine head and tail, and with sharp corners. Very clean binding. 7.75 x 6.25 inches. With 124 numbered pages, and with two-page color frontispiece map of China and, between pages 29 and 31, a two-page color map of the Yangtze Kiang. Upper right corner of front FEP with faint evidence of pencil erasure. Else an exceptionally clean copy, and quite tight. Either unread or very gently read. A Very Good Plus copy.
