No. 154 of 1,000 copies ofthe deluxe edition; so stated. Signed in a neat ink hand on the limitation page by the author and the photographer. With 119 numbered pages and with numerous plates, all in vivid color, mostly full page, all on heavy glossy stock. Alsom with B&W line illustrations. Unbumped spine head and tail, with sharp corners. With yellow satin ribbon page marker. An immaculate copy, and very tight, with scarcely a hint of shelf life. Either unread or very gently read. No remainder marks. In a heavy-duty slipcase of paper on hardboard. The slipcase with two very small, light stains to the underside. A Near Fine copy in a Very Good Plus slipcase. Some of the finest examples of basketry world-wide are by Indians of the Northwest Coast.
