Very scarce in any condition. This copy from the collection of the Boston area author William Stanley Parker, born 1877. On a front FEP signed "William Stanley Parker, 1906," and later, "Forty years later presented with affectionate regard to [indecipherable name], Dear [?], I am delighted to make this copy really useful through you.
